Our mission is simple yet powerful: to help make your world a safer place. With a proud legacy of 90 years, built on trust, innovation, and international expertise, we take pride in offering security solutions that are tailored to each client’s unique needs. By combining cutting‑edge technology with exceptional service, we continue to redefine what safety and security mean in today's world.

What You’ll Do

As a Global Clients Americas Program Manager (GCA PM), you will serve as a strategic Security Advisor for a major global datacenter client, overseeing approximately $40M in annual security services. This is a remote role, with a strong preference for candidates based in South Bend, IN or Chicago, IL. You will own the overall account strategy and management, including the creation and execution of the security program strategy, alignment of Securitas and client goals, and profitability of the account.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring high-quality service delivery across all datacenter locations and continuously evolving the security program.
  • Hold full P&L ownership for approximately $40M in annual revenue; analyze operational and financial data to drive performance, profitability, and contract compliance.
  • Lead Security Risk Reviews and global safety programs for datacenter facilities, and coordinate special events or emergency coverage as needed.
  • Coordinate global RFI/RFP responses and pricing strategies, and partner with branches and regions to ensure appropriate staffing, effective scheduling, and retention of profitable business.
  • Lead regular (including monthly) business reviews and presentations with client and Securitas leadership, proactively addressing issues, driving improvements, and aligning global service delivery.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Who you are

An ideal candidate brings:

  • A service-first mindset, clear communication skills, strong attention to detail, and sound judgment when approaching challenges. You are poised and persuasive in group settings, comfortable leading discussions with senior stakeholders, and skilled at using data and analysis to guide decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, security management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Professional certifications in security or risk management (such as CPP, PSP, or similar) are a plus and may be required for certain clients or regions.
  • Strong understanding of contract security operations, risk assessment methodologies, and safety program implementation in mission‑critical environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, interpret financial and operational data, and drive performance improvements across a large portfolio.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with clients and internal stakeholders, including the ability to influence without direct authority across multiple regions.
Experience that sets you apart
  • Direct experience supporting or managing security programs in datacenter or other mission‑critical, high‑availability environments.
  • Experience managing large, complex, or global client accounts in the security or related services industry, ideally at a similar revenue scale.
  • Experience coordinating global RFI/RFP responses, including pricing strategy and model development.
  • Background in conducting security risk reviews, developing site‑specific post orders, and leading safety or emergency response programs.
  • Prior experience in senior account management, program management, or regional leadership role with regular executive‑level presentations and business reviews.
Why you would want to join the team
  • Opportunity to make a direct impact on the security strategy and performance of a high‑profile global datacenter client.
  • Regular exposure to executive leadership, client decision‑makers, and key stakeholders across regions.
  • Clear career growth and development opportunities within Global Clients Americas and the broader Securitas organization.
  • Collaborative team culture with strong leadership support and access to global best practices and tools.
  • Involvement in unique, complex projects that combine guarding, technology, and risk management across multiple datacenter locations.
  • Chance to help shape and refine Securitas’ global service delivery model for strategic accounts.
  • A role that offers both strategic influence and hands‑on operational engagement, differentiating it from traditional account management positions.
Compensation

The salary range for this role is from $120,000 to $125,000 annually. Specific compensation for the role may vary within the above range based on factors such as geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. This position also includes a $500 per month car allowance.
