Job summary

Securitas USA is seeking a Global Clients Americas Program Manager (GCA PM) to act as a strategic Security Advisor for a major global datacenter client.

You will own the overall account strategy, manage profitability, and align client and Securitas goals across locations." The role requires engaging senior stakeholders, delivering monthly presentations, and translating complex data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, security management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Professional certifications in security or risk management (CPP, PSP, or similar) are a plus and may be required for certain clients or regions.
• Strong understanding of contract security operations, risk assessment methodologies, and safety program implementation in mission‑critical environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, interpret financial and operational data, and drive performance improvements across a large portfolio.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with clients and internal stakeholders, including the ability to influence without direct authority across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring high-quality service delivery across datacenter locations and continuously evolving the security program.
• Hold full P&L ownership for approximately $40M in annual revenue; analyze operational and financial data to drive performance, profitability, and contract compliance.
• Lead Security Risk Reviews and global safety programs for datacenter facilities, coordinating special events or emergency coverage as needed.
• Coordinate global RFI/RFP responses and pricing strategies; partner with branches and regions to ensure staffing, scheduling, and profitability of the engagement.
• Lead regular (including monthly) business reviews and presentations with client and Securitas leadership, addressing issues and driving improvements.
