Job summary

DecenterAds is hiring a Sales Manager who will drive growth with targeted business clients, acting as the primary contact with a deep understanding of our platform and maintaining a clean CRM. You’ll report to the CRO and participate in weekly meetings, while embodying the company’s core values and brand integrity.

Ideal candidates have a robust publisher network within the programmatic landscape, are not geo-restricted, and can achieve quick wins in familiar markets while exploring new ones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in programmatic advertising or sales.
• Ability to grow business with target companies.

Responsibilities

• Drive the growth of business clients’ base from target companies.
• Communicate effectively to close deals.
• Demonstrate strong platform knowledge as first contact.
• Keep CRM clean and up-to-date.
• Attend one meeting per week.
• Adhere to company core values.
• Represent the brand responsibly.
• Report to the CRO.
