Job summary

Decenterads is seeking a senior sales leader to drive growth in the programmatic and Ad Tech ecosystem. You will leverage a broad network to create new partnerships, expand opportunities, and position Decenterads by Bidscube as a marketplace innovator.

As a self-driven leader, you will work with our CRO and CTO, report directly to the Founder, attend major industry events, and keep CRM up to date while pursuing revenue opportunities globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in programmatic/adtech industry
• Strong network of companies/agencies to reach out to
• Proactive and intrinsically driven personality
• Result oriented, focused and consistent
• Exceptional communication skills with market trend knowledge

Responsibilities

• Lead market growth by strengthening existing relationships and expanding opportunities through new partnerships
• Utilize external connections to create new sales opportunities
• Increase visibility and demand for our ad inventory offering while positioning Decenterads by Bidscube as a leader in innovation
• Keep CRM clean and up-to-date
• Work closely with CRO and CTO, reporting directly to the Founder
• Participate in top industry events (e.g., Cannes Lions) and other opportunities
