Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking a Program Manager to oversee multiple product implementation programs for global manufacturing customers. You will coordinate with customer teams and internal cross-functional groups to keep projects on time and within scope.

You will report program status, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement using SAFe/Agile practices, Jira/Confluence/Aha, and AI/ML-enabled enablement. Bachelor’s degree required; strong communication, leadership, and budgeting skills are

Qualifications

3-5 years in program management, project management, or related field.
Supply Chain industry experience required.
Conflict management and resolution for internal/external stakeholders.
Experience in Planning and Execution Solutions.
Experience with WMS and TMS in Automotive industry.

Responsibilities

Lead the coordination and delivery of multiple Blue Yonder Product implementation programs for global manufacturing customers.
Work closely with customer and internal cross-functional teams to ensure programs are delivered on time and within scope.
Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
Identify and mitigate program risks and issues.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Develop and track progress against program plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
