APL Logistics seeks a Director of Global Project Management and Customer Implementation to lead strategy, execution and oversight of a portfolio of supply chain projects across Americas, EMEA and Asia. You will set methodologies, govern projects, and coordinate with operations, IT, finance, HR, and commercial teams to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in domestic and international supply chain roles.
• 10+ years leading complex projects or portfolios.
• PMP certification preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong communication and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and monitor a diverse portfolio of complex supply chain projects, including new customer implementations and strategic initiatives.
• Provide guidance to project managers; align detailed plans with customer goals and organizational strategies.
• Maintain portfolio tool for real-time project status, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure governance and adherence to project management methodologies; balance resources across projects.
