Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred.
• 10+ years in pricing, quoting, supply chain, finance, or program management in global manufacturing.
• Experience leading repricing, cost recovery, quote-to-actual analysis across multiple sites.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed org.

Responsibilities

• Lead global current-customer repricing strategy with governance and standardization.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to align material, supplier, and market assumptions with repricing priorities.
• Coordinate with GAM and Program teams to translate expectations into repricing actions.
• Establish globally consistent repricing models, cost assumptions, and review standards.
• Coordinate site-level teams for data inputs, timing, and approvals across programs.
• Lead quote-to-actual reviews to compare pricing assumptions with actual performance and drive corrective actions.
• Develop reporting and performance metrics on repricing status, margin impact, and risks.
