Job summary

Alpaca, a US-headquartered global fintech, is seeking an associate Project Manager to coordinate enterprise integrations of our brokerage APIs with customers worldwide. You will align technical teams, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet objectives across product, engineering, compliance, and operations, while advocating for the customer.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of enterprise-level project management experience with strong process, analysis, and documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication to align goals and collect feedback.
• Proven problem-solving ability with attention to detail to deliver high-quality output on deadlines.
• Flexibility to work with customers around the world.
• Familiarity with FinTech, financial markets, and investing applications.
• Experience with communication and project management tools such as Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Basecamp and Google Workspace.
• Startup mindset and customer-success background.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enterprise launches and coordinate integrations for clients using Alpaca APIs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance teams to scope, plan, and execute timelines.
• Work with BD, engineering, legal, compliance, operations and customer success to resolve issues and align resources.
• Facilitate weekly partner check-ins, drive action items, and ensure progress toward deliverables.
• Track and report project status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and partners.
• Help partners navigate onboarding requirements such as KYC/AML and regulatory disclosures.
• Document processes and continuously improve onboarding for future integrations.
