Job summary

Cadana is hiring a Global Payroll Manager to own the last-mile payroll for our client book. This hands-on role ensures payroll cycles run on time, inputs are accurate, funds are disbursed, and outputs reach clients exactly when expected.

You will master payroll flows across Brazil, India, Mexico and other markets, become the client-facing expert, and turn knowledge into standards, playbooks, and an internal knowledge base to keep every pay cycle correct by design.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on payroll operations experience.
• Deep operating experience in complex regimes (Brazil, India, Mexico).
• Familiarity with multi-country payroll flows and regulatory variations.

Responsibilities

• Own payroll accuracy end-to-end from inputs to payslips, reports and compliance documents.
• Build and maintain payroll calendars per country and per client.
• Confirm funds are received on schedule and payments go out correctly and on time.
• Serve as internal expert on payroll flow mechanics for each country Cadana operates in today.
• Act as client-facing point of contact for execution questions and discrepancies.
• Learn new markets quickly with in-country counsel and advisory networks.
• Create standards, playbooks and an internal knowledge base for repeatable accuracy.
