Remote is seeking a Payroll Compliance Expert to act as the trusted regulatory advisor for your region, helping design, build, and operate compliant payroll products at scale.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Risk to embed compliance into product development, translate legislation into requirements, and support market expansion initiatives while maintaining high standards of governance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in payroll, tax, social security, labour, and employment compliance within your region.
• Ability to translate complex legislation into scalable business processes and system logic.
• Strong advisory and communication skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Advise stakeholders on complex compliance questions and emerging regulatory developments.
• Support customer-facing teams with high-risk or complex compliance matters.
• Provide guidance for market expansion initiatives and new product offerings.
• Act as a trusted advisor across Product, Operations, Customer Experience, and Leadership teams.
