EBANX is building a Talent Pool for future Business Development Specialist roles in the UK, supporting global expansion and partnerships with enterprise merchants. The role focuses on driving growth, onboarding customers, and strengthening relationships across digital markets.

You will collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to accelerate synchronized sales processes, ensure a strategic go-to-market, and track performance using Salesforce and other tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development / strategic sales with global enterprise accounts.
• Experience Payments Industry required.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and generate pipeline and accelerate deals in the pipeline.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM to manage pipelines and forecast revenue.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with merchants to expand market presence and revenue.
• Build and execute strategic plans to penetrate new verticals, regions, and customer segments.
• Proactively generate leads, conduct market research, and establish relationships with key stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of our payment solutions and position EBANX as a preferred partner.
• Collaborate with GTM, product, marketing, merchant success, risk, legal, and finance teams for seamless deal execution.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements aligned with business goals.
