Job summary

Explore God seeks a Global Partnerships Director to develop and steward ministry partnerships worldwide, with a focus on language expansion and content collaboration. This role collaborates with Outreach, Discipleship, and leadership teams to design scalable partnerships and drive mission impact.

Initially an hands-on contributor, the role will evolve to build systems, strategy, and a future team to support a growing global partnership effort across time zones and remote contexts.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and steward ministry partnerships across organizations, cultures, and ministry contexts.
• Strong relational and communication skills, with the ability to cast vision, ask thoughtful questions, listen well, and build trust with ministry leaders and partner organizations.
• Experience working in global missions, international ministry, cross-cultural nonprofit work, or a related field.
• Ability to think strategically while managing details, timelines, next steps, and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong project management skills and ability to move complex partnership opportunities from conversation to execution.
• Understanding of digital ministry, digital marketing, online discipleship, or online response models.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including outreach, response/discipleship, leadership, content, and technology stakeholders.
• Comfort working in a fully remote environment with partners and team members across time zones.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnerships with ministries, churches, networks, and organizations.
• Lead initial conversations with potential partners to understand vision, capabilities, needs, and fit.
• Assess alignment with Explore God’s mission, strategy, capacity, theological commitments, and goals.
• Represent Explore God with clarity, humility, and vision in conversations with ministry leaders and partners.
