Qualifications

• Deep alignment with Resonate's theology, vision, values, and philosophy of ministry.
• Demonstrated shepherd heart and genuine love for people—this role requires personal investment in a team, not just program management.
• Demonstrated history of cross-cultural ministry, global partnership development, or missionary mobilization.
• Strong relational, organizational, and communication skills.
• Collaborative and winsome leader with at least five years of ministry leadership experience.
• Willingness to travel internationally for partnership visits and trip leadership.
• Covenant membership at Resonate Church.

Responsibilities

• Lead vision, strategy, and execution for global mission across Resonate campuses.
• Align global mission with central and campus discipleship goals, integrating it into the broader pathway.
• Cast vision for global discipleship and involve every disciple in God's global story.
• Ensure For the Nations reflects cross-cultural, long-term disciple-making beyond short-term trips.
• Collaborate with For the City Director to integrate local and global missions.
