TEAM - The Evangelical Alliance Mission seeks a Director of Learning and Development to lead global learning initiatives and champion adult learning principles across the Human Resource Life Cycle. You will mentor regional teams, design cohesive programs, and ensure measurable impact aligned with TEAM’s strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive L&D experience, with global leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and lifecycle learning integration.
• Proven success driving organizational change and leadership development initiatives.
• Excellent communication, coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills.

Responsabilités

• Set global L&D strategy and priorities aligned to TEAM’s direction.
• Integrate learning across the HR lifecycle including onboarding, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Partner with regional L&D leads to design and scale learning programs.
• Develop training pathways and competency models for staff growth and effectiveness.
• Provide governance, tools, and budget oversight to ensure quality and outcomes.
• Sponsor coaching programs and embed a coaching culture across the organization.
• Measure program impact using data analytics and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR, Member Care, Spiritual Formation, and regional teams.
