Securitas US Business Unit is seeking a Director of Business Operations to lead Finance, Compliance, and the Branch Program teams across a global datacenter security program supporting a major client account.

This senior role sets strategic direction, oversees budgeting and governance, and partners with senior leaders to ensure operational excellence, integrity and scalable delivery across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi‑disciplinary business operations.
• 3+ years at the director level; global, multi‑region operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for Finance, Compliance, and Branch Program teams to support long‑term success.
• Oversee financial planning, performance, and regulatory compliance across regions.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration and deliver executive‑level insights and reporting.
• Build client and internal relationships to ensure alignment and high delivery standards.
