Job summary

Discover International is seeking an experienced clinical development leader to manage global oncology trials from start-up through completion. You will provide cross‑functional leadership across clinical operations, project management, external partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with GCP.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in clinical research or operations.
• Experience leading global oncology trials and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and oversight of global clinical trials.
• Manage study timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Provide leadership to clinical operations and project management teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Oversee CROs, vendors, and external partners.
