Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead global clinical trial programs in oncology with a consultative approach. This fully remote role targets senior professionals capable of driving program-level strategies and trial execution across portfolios.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in clinical research, 5+ years managing complex studies, and strong skills in budgeting, planning, and cross-functional leadership within a CRO environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of clinical research or proven competencies.
• Minimum of 5 years direct project management experience.
• Proficient with Office, MS Project, eTMF and CTMS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing highly complex and global studies.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and relevant SOPs.
• Expert project planning, risk and change management.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client liaison and oversee all aspects of trials.
• Provide direction to project managers and ensure study scope alignment.
• Develop robust project plans with timelines and risk management.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and change orders across studies.
• Lead internal and client meetings, presenting study progress.
• Mentor project managers and support business development activities.
