Job summary

Precision for Medicine is seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager / Senior Clinical Project Manager in Oncology to lead full service trials within a CRO setting and drive delivery across global programs. You will work in a cross‑functional team with internal and external stakeholders, manage client relationships, budgets, timelines and quality, and may run international studies.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a background in CRO operations and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• Degree in life sciences or related field.
• 4+ years in full-service global CRO project management in clinical trials.
• Experience managing oncology studies and global trials.
• Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH and clinical development processes.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical projects independently within budget and scope.
• Serve as primary client liaison; contribute to proposals and presentations.
• Coordinate with project teams and senior management across Precision and sponsors.
• Manage all trial aspects across data management, safety, clinical, medical monitoring, and biostatistics.
• Prepare status updates and define key deliverables and success metrics.
• Prepare and review protocols, informed consent forms, site contracts, and budgets.
