Job summary

iHerb is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own and execute the end-to-end experience of key workstreams within our global ecommerce platform. You will lead the design lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring intuitive, efficient, and high-performing experiences that align with business objectives.

You will contribute expert design execution, technical proficiency, and maintain a high bar for craft excellence, collaborating with engineers and product teams.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced UX and UI execution with problem-solving focus.
• 7+ years in UX/UI design, preferably for ecommerce or complex digital products.
• Advanced interaction and visual design skills with modern design tools.
• Experience contributing to design systems at scale.
• Solid user-centered design methods and research practices.
• Excellent communication to explain design decisions to cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of core features and critical user flows from discovery to final delivery.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate hypotheses.
• Create high-precision wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups within constraints.
• Apply the design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Work with product managers and cross-functional partners to drive design decisions.
