Job summary

CreatorGlobal is seeking a Localization Program Manager to own the full lifecycle of localized content production. You will bridge internal production teams and external partners, ensuring scope accuracy, global reach, and on-time delivery with high quality.

In this fully remote role aligned with the Eastern Time Zone, you will build strategic vendor relationships, manage quotes, and maintain rigorous operations while traveling periodically as needed.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in program or project management, localization operations, or related production role.
• End-to-end production workflow ownership in a fast-paced media environment.
• External vendor relationship management including scoping, quoting, and performance management.
• Strong cross-functional communication across production, strategy, and creative teams in remote settings.
• Experience using Monday.com (or similar) to manage timelines and workflows.
• Experience building and maintaining operational systems and documentation (SOPs, rate cards).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end localization production lifecycle across multiple workstreams, keeping timelines tight and stakeholders informed.
• Coordinate handoffs, revision cycles, and final deliverables with internal teams and localization partners.
• Scoping requests, gathering quotes, and communicating clear cost summaries to enable decisions.
• Build and steward vendor network and long-term relationships to scale capacity.
• Collaborate across production, strategy, and operations to improve SOPs and workflows.
