Job summary

Affirm is building its Licensing team to scale regulatory programs globally. The Licensing group manages licensing portfolios, regulatory relationships, and licensing strategy across the U.S. and international markets.

This role reports to the Director, Global Licensing and Regulatory Programs and collaborates with Legal, Compliance, Public Affairs, and Product to support governance and reporting. Candidates should have 5+ years in licensing or regulatory roles and strong project management,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of licensing/compliance/regulatory experience, ideally in consumer financial services.
• Strong project management, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support licensing and reporting for state and federal requirements.
