Job summary

STN Incorporated is seeking a Project Manager, Infrastructure Buildout to lead multi-site deployment projects from planning to delivery. You will define scope, budgets, and schedules, coordinate with engineers, GC, vendors, and stakeholders, and manage risks and resources to meet milestones within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a proven track record in complex infrastructure delivery, including data centers or large-scale deployments.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of infra, facilities, telecom, construction, or technical deployment project management.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resource planning.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure buildout projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Define scope, deliverables, budgets, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners including GC, architect, and engineer.
• Monitor progress, track risks, and drive issue resolution.
• Prepare executive summaries and reporting dashboards.
