Confidential, a national distributor of general CPG products, seeks an Import Export Process Manager to oversee B2B orders from receipt to delivery. You will coordinate with customers, warehouse, 3PLs, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure accurate processing, on-time fulfillment, and compliant shipments both domestically and for direct-imports.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in B2B order processing or supply chain coordination.
• Experience with import/export, international shipping docs.
• Familiarity with retailer vendor portals and EDI.
• Proven ability to meet vendor compliance and reduce chargebacks.

Mansioni

• Manage B2B orders end to end from receipt to shipment and delivery.
• Process orders with checks on pricing, quantities, inventory, and requirements.
• Coordinate direct-import/export orders with factories, freight forwarders, and customs.
• Maintain documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading.
• Keep customers and teams updated on order status and delays.
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Finance, and Warehouse to resolve issues.
• Ensure shipments meet retailer routing guides and ship windows.
