Job summary

New Energy Nexus is seeking a Global Impact Director & Knowledge Management to spearhead the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) function across the network. You will own the global MEL framework, refine the Theory of Change, and support chapters and programs to align with shared metrics and learning priorities.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in impact measurement and management or MEL, with climate/clean energy experience.
• Demonstrated experience developing and applying a theory of change, log frames, MEL plans, and outcome indicators.
• Experience managing impact databases and data quality processes (Airtable or similar).
• Demonstrated experience applying equity‑focused MEL approaches and inclusive methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global MEL framework and TOC translation into measurable outcomes and learning.
• Support country offices and programs to align with the global MEL framework.
• Oversee knowledge management, data architecture, and AI strategy for MEL and reporting.
