Job summary

New Energy Nexus is seeking a Global Impact Director & Knowledge Management to lead the MEL function across the network. You will refine the TOC, shape data standards, and ensure alignment with funders and stakeholders while building practical knowledge tools for chapters and programs.

You will oversee data systems, coach teams, and collaborate with Strategy, Development and Communications to demonstrate impact and drive learning across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and applying a Theory of Change (TOC) and MEL indicators.
• Ability to turn data into actionable program insights for diverse audiences.
• Experience building knowledge-management systems and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead global MEL framework and TOC alignment.
• Oversee data standards, privacy, and reporting across chapters.
• Provide coaching on TOC, log frames, and indicators to partners.
