Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a senior contracts professional to lead the development of term sheets and standard commercial offerings for Pre-FID contracts related to nuclear plant delivery. The role includes drafting T&Cs, risk-matrix development, and collaboration with Sales and Product teams.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Development, and/or Sales & Proposals.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

Responsibilities

Build standardized term sheets supporting standardized commercial offerings for Pre-FID Contracts.
Develop the draft terms and conditions for each Pre-FID Contract and Operating & Maintenance Agreement guidance.
Develop the contract terms deviation approval risk matrix for Pre-FID Contracts.
Collaborate with Sales and Product team to determine contracting approach based on product maturity, geography, and customer.
Develop risk allocation strategies for different customer segments for each GVH product offering.
Create the commercial strategy for each opportunity and support the contract organization during negotiations and training.
