Job summary

Engine is seeking a Director of Client Ops, Group Reservations to lead the Groups Contracts and Groups Bookings teams. This hands-on leadership role requires deep knowledge of end-to-end group handling and a track record of improving customer experience.

You'll own operational metrics, manage BPO partners, and drive continuous improvement across the group travel lifecycle, from contract to post-travel support, in a remote US setting.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in travel operations or group travel.
• At least 5 years in director or senior leadership role.
• Hands-on bookings and contract management experience.
• Proven ability to drive measurable improvements in performance and satisfaction.
• Strong cross-functional communication with sales, account management, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Groups Contracts and Groups Bookings teams and develop their capabilities.
• Own end-to-end group travel support from contract to post-travel support.
• Drive continuous improvement using data, QA audits, and SOP rewrites.
• Manage vendor performance with BPO partners and contracts.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex group contracts.
