Job summary

HSP Group, a premier provider of global expansion services, seeks a seasoned Customer Success Manager to own relationships with a portfolio of customers after they move from Sales. You will support onboarding, implementation, renewal and growth across international markets, collaborating with Sales, Operations, Compliance and Delivery to deliver a consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success or related field.
• Experience with international expansion services or EOR/payroll/compliance is a plus.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship post-sales and manage the full lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Coordinate across Sales, Operations, Compliance and Delivery to ensure high-quality service.
• Develop and maintain strategic Account Plans and identify white-space opportunities.
• Monitor account health and mitigate risks to prevent churn and drive value adoption.
• Lead half-year business reviews and regular service reviews with customers.
