Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an experienced eCOA Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment solutions in global clinical trials. You will coordinate with sponsors, internal teams, and vendors to ensure accurate configuration, testing, and on-time delivery.

In this role you will lead startup through closeout, manage study plans and milestones, and ensure quality documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of 4+ years of project management experience in eCOA, eClinical technologies, and clinical trial environments.
• Experience leading end-to-end eCOA implementations across studies.
• Experience with software implementations and vendor governance.
• Experience authoring and executing UAT plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, implementation, and ongoing management of eCOA solutions across trials.
• Serve as primary liaison between sponsors, internal teams, and vendors.
• Lead study startup through closeout for eCOA programs.
• Ensure systems are configured, validated, and compliant with protocols.
• Coordinate UAT strategies and testing across programs.
• Manage vendor timelines, risks, and deliverables.
