Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. seeks an experienced eCOA Project Manager to lead end-to-end electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment implementations across global trials. You will manage study plans, vendor relationships, and stakeholder communications, ensuring quality data collection and regulatory alignment.

The role offers a fully remote opportunity across North America, with collaboration across global teams and a focus on patient-centered outcomes and trial efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of 4+ years of project management experience within eCOA, eClinical technologies, or pharma.
• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end eCOA implementations across clinical studies.
• Experience managing software implementations and complex vendor relationships.
• Experience authoring and executing UAT plans and scripts.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional clinical research teams.
• Strong understanding of eCOA platforms, PROs, clinical trial operations, and vendor governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, implementation, delivery, and ongoing management of eCOA solutions.
• Act as liaison between sponsors, internal teams, and eCOA vendors.
• Lead study startup through closeout for eCOA activities.
• Develop UAT strategies and test scripts, and drive issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, sponsor requirements, and regulatory expectations.
• Mentor project specialists and support resource planning.
