Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Project Manager II - Oncology for a fully remote US-based role supporting a sponsor-dedicated oncology portfolio across multiple indications and phases. The role requires 3+ years of hands-on CPM experience, global study management, and strong cross-functional collaboration with vendors and international stakeholders.

You will lead study startup through closeout, manage timelines and risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field is required.
• 3+ years of Clinical Project Management experience in global oncology trials.
• Experience leading studies across multiple countries and regions.
• Vendor management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in global cross-functional matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global oncology trial management from startup to closeout.
• Manage study timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Oversee vendors and CROs, labs, imaging, and specialty providers.
• Coordinate team meetings and drive follow-up actions.
• Support forecasting and strategic execution.
• Ensure inspection readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate study status to stakeholders.
