Qualifications

• Experience supporting clinical trials, feasibility, recruitment planning, enrollment strategy, or trial optimization.
• Ability to gather, interpret, and apply data to support planning and decision-making.
• Experience coordinating timelines, deliverables, stakeholder reviews, and cross-functional inputs.
• Strong written communication skills and detail-oriented with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Program Feasibility and Trial Optimization: Gather data, benchmarks, and modeling inputs; plan timelines and validation activities; author initial Global Trials Optimization Report.
• Recruitment and Retention Planning: Lead early recruitment planning; develop recruitment budget estimates; manage vendor reviews and enrollment materials.
• In-Life Trial Management: Identify enrollment challenges; monitor performance; coordinate enhanced enrollment support activities.
