Job summary

Catholic Relief Services is seeking a senior technical advisor to lead digital health initiatives across Guinea, Liberia, Mali and Togo. You will shape strategy, oversee design and deployment of health IT solutions, and mentor country teams and governments to achieve sustainable impact.

Travel up to 75% is expected as CRS collaborates with partners globally. The role emphasizes building capacity, governance, and data-driven decision making within a multi-country program funded by DoS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with ten+ years in digital health systems and solutions.
• Experience working with international NGOs and multi-regional deployments is preferred.
• Strong ability to transfer knowledge through training, mentoring and capacity building.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to CIHS strategies, standards, tools, and best practices in Digital Health Solutions across partners, donors, and governments.
• Provide technical leadership in design, deployment, scale-up, interoperability, governance, and sustainability of digital health systems.
• Support project staff and government counterparts, align digital solutions with national strategies and policies.
• Lead capacity-building initiatives across startup, implementation, and scale-up phases, including training and knowledge management.
• Represent CRS in regional/global forums to foster collaboration and donor engagement in digital health solutions.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in international development, International Relations or a relevant technical area
