Job summary

CRS is seeking a senior technical advisor to contribute to the strategy development for Digital Health Solutions on the multi-country CIHS project. You will lead design, deployment, scale-up, and sustainability of digital health systems while building capacity of country teams and governments to manage large-scale digital health infrastructure.

You will advise and mentor teams, align with national strategies, and support donor guidelines. Travel up to 75% is expected where needed.

Qualifications

• Experience designing digital health curricula and training programs.
• Ability to translate program needs into health information system specifications.
• Experience with monitoring, evaluation, and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and deployment of CIHS digital health solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to country teams and government partners.
• Guide proposal development and project design for complex initiatives.
• Coordinate capacity strengthening, training strategies, and learning agendas.
• Represent CRS in regional/global digital health forums.
