Qualifications

Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including POS, order flow, and peak-volume environments.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale, multi-region Digital Workplace and Service Desk operations with SLA attainment and customer satisfaction.
Drive delivery governance, performance management, and operational discipline across globally dispersed teams.
Establish scalable delivery models supporting growth while improving reliability and efficiency.
Manage executive client relationships; lead business reviews and strategic planning.
Bridge restaurant operations with IT support to align technology with real-world needs.
