Unisys is seeking a Senior Director, Global Managed Cybersecurity Services to lead external client-focused security services globally. You will own end-to-end delivery across MDR, CTEM, and managed cloud security, driving performance, client outcomes, and service modernization.

This role is a strategic leadership position with responsibility for revenue growth, operational excellence, and a high-performing global workforce.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of progressive cybersecurity leadership in client-facing managed services.
Experience leading global distributed teams.
Strong client management and executive engagement experience.
Experience applying AI/automation to security operations.

Responsabilités

Own end-to-end delivery and operational performance for Unisys managed cybersecurity services globally.
Lead and continuously improve MDR, CTEM, and managed cloud security service delivery.
Establish governance, delivery standards, and clear accountability for external client delivery.
Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and client retention across the portfolio.
Partner with sales, product, and engineering to develop differentiated offerings.
