Unisys seeks a Senior Director of Delivery Management to lead Global Digital Workplace and Service Desk operations for a major restaurant enterprise. You will align restaurant operations with IT service delivery to achieve scalable, high-performing support solutions.

You will drive governance, executive stakeholder management, and continuous improvement initiatives, transforming services with AI, automation, and data analytics to optimize profitability and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Digital Workplace Services, IT Service Management, Managed Services, or Restaurant Technology Operations.
5+ years of experience leading large-scale global delivery organizations.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations including POS systems and peak-volume environments.

Responsabilités

Lead large-scale, multi-region Digital Workplace and Service Desk operations with a focus on SLA attainment and customer satisfaction.
Drive governance, performance management, and operational discipline across dispersed teams.
Own delivery financial performance including P&L accountability and margin optimization.
Build executive relationships and lead business reviews with client stakeholders.
