Job summary

Eleanor Health is seeking a Director of Credentialing & Enrollment to lead provider credentialing, privileging, and payer enrollment operations nationwide. You will set policies, improve workflows, ensure NCQA/TJC compliance, and partner with Revenue Operations to resolve denials while managing a high-performing team and vendor relationships.

The role requires 7+ years in credentialing with leadership, strong analytics, and cross-functional collaboration in a multi-site, fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive credentialing/payor enrollment experience, including leadership
• Ability to build scalable processes and drive national operational efficiency
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills in a multi-site, fast-growing environment
• Knowledge of federal/state regulations affecting credentialing and enrollment
• Familiarity with NCQA and The Joint Commission standards
• Experience training/documentation materials for teams

Responsibilities

• Direct credentialing and payer enrollment departments with strategic goals and performance standards
• Serve as SME for credentialing regulations, policies, and standards
• Build and manage a high-performing nationwide team
• Develop process improvements to reduce enrollment turnaround and credentialing backlogs
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to resolve enrollment denials or delays
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLAs are met
• Develop dashboards to track metrics and report to leadership
• Communicate with providers and internal stakeholders on credentialing operations
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks; stay up-to-date on regulations
• Support audits and regulatory reviews
