Job summary

Neolytix is seeking a Director of Credentialing & Enrollment Services to provide strategic and operational leadership over provider credentialing, re-credentialing, and payer enrollment for a diverse healthcare client portfolio. You will build scalable processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a high-performing team delivering timely credentialing and enrollment services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 5–7+ years in provider credentialing and payer enrollment with leadership experience.
• Knowledge of NCQA, CMS enrollment regulations, CAQH/PECOS/NPPES.
• Experience leading 10+ credentialing/enrollment professionals.
• Proficiency with credentialing software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic vision for credentialing and enrollment services.
• Oversee end-to-end credentialing lifecycle and PSV protocols.
• Direct payer enrollment across commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care.
• Manage global, distributed teams across time zones.
• Develop SOPs, dashboards, and performance KPIs.
• Ensure NCQA CVO certification and regulatory compliance.
