Kensington Corporate is seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant to manage end-to-end travel for corporate clients from a remote location. You will book flights, hotels, and ground transport, ensuring policy compliance and delivering a high-touch traveler experience.

This role requires 5+ years in corporate travel, GDS Sabre proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate travel management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS). Preferably Sabre.
• Strong understanding of corporate travel policies and negotiated programs.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Ability to multi-task across phones, email, and chats.

Responsibilities

• Book and manage domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, ground transport).
• Provide proactive, high-touch service to corporate travelers and arrangers.
• Ensure bookings comply with client policies and negotiated rates.
• Handle changes, cancellations, and disruptions, including after-hours when required.
• Monitor itineraries and provide real-time support for delays or emergencies.
• Document all transactions and client communications in designated systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend alternatives.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, airline rules, visas, and travel restrictions.
• Meet individual and team targets for sales, revenue, and productivity.
• Support other teams as needed.
