Job summary

Sygaldry Technologies, Inc. is seeking an exceptional Assistant Controller / Controller to own the accounting function and lead the close, controls, and audits. This is the first dedicated accounting hire with exposure to leadership and the board.

You will architect the finance stack, migrate to a modern GL platform, and scale across multiple entities and currencies. You’ll implement scalable controls, oversee cost, WIP, fixed-asset accounting, and consolidation, and partner with the Head of

Qualifications

• Hands-on cost, WIP, inventory, and fixed-asset accounting in a hardware environment.
• Multi-entity, multi-location, and multi-currency experience with consolidation.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting with full close ownership.
• CPA required and ERP implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the accounting function including close, controls, systems, and audit.
• Lead multi-entity consolidation, currency accounting, and intercompany activity.
• Build scalable processes and segregation of duties across procure-to-pay and payroll.
• Manage third-party bookkeeping partner and annual audit relationship.
• Prepare monthly management reporting and board materials.
