Job summary

Aprio Talent Advisory seeks a hands-on Financial Controller for a three-entity international group. You will own accounting, financial reporting, and multi-currency consolidation, reporting to the CFO and managing the external audit relationship.

You will lead revenue recognition under ASC 606 for bundled hardware and software subscriptions, oversee international tax compliance, and drive automation across the close and consolidation process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Tech/SaaS industries.
• Strong foundation in US GAAP and audits.
• Experience consolidating multi-entity, multi-currency groups.
• Expertise in ASC 606 revenue recognition for software/subscription.
• Proven transfer pricing capabilities and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Run month-end and year-end close for three entities.
• Deliver end-to-end group consolidation from trial balance to consolidated results.
• Own intercompany reconciliation and eliminations; apply transfer pricing policy.
• Manage foreign currency accounting under ASC 830 across currencies.
• Own revenue recognition under ASC 606 for bundled hardware and subscription.
• Oversee capitalization of internal software development costs and fixed assets.
• Coordinate external auditors and prepare statutory financial statements.
• Develop and enforce internal controls and automate close processes.
