Job summary

Viya Health is hiring a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting to own centralized accounting and consolidation for its global entity. You will manage intercompany eliminations, HQ sales accounting, and the HQ month-end close, with IFRS/US GAAP considerations and cross‑entity coordination.

You will lead statutory reporting, prepare management packs, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced, remote environment. Strong Excel and CIN7 expertise are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience preparing consolidated financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation; post consolidation journals and intercompany eliminations.
• Record intercompany transactions and maintain the intercompany accounting framework.
• Own HQ sales accounting; reconcile CIN7 to GL and validate revenue transactions.
• Lead month-end close activities and prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and business insights for leadership.
• Support ERP implementation, process improvements, and governance.
• Coordinate with auditors; prepare schedules and support audit processes.
• Mentor Accounting Assistant and support training and process improvements.
