Job summary

Viya Health seeks a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting to own centralized accounting and consolidation, including intercompany eliminations and the HQ close process. Will oversee revenue accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, and management reporting.

The role requires 7+ years in accounting, consolidation experience, and strong CIN7/ERP proficiency, with a focus on accuracy, governance, and cross‑functional collaboration in a remote, fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA/ACCA or equivalent qualification strongly preferred.
• At least 7 years of progressive accounting experience with consolidation.
• Strong intercompany accounting and reconciliation experience.
• Exposure to audit processes.
• Experience with CIN7 or similar ERP/inventory platforms.
• Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, sumifs).
• Ability to translate complex financial information for non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own consolidated financial reporting and IFRS/US GAAP compliance.
• Record intercompany transactions and maintain the intercompany framework.
• Manage HQ sales accounting and monthly close process.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and management packs.
• Support audit processes and internal controls program.
• Mentor accounting staff and improve close efficiency.
