Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited is seeking a Clinical Supply Chain Specialist to manage end-to-end supply chain activities for clinical trial operations, ensuring timely delivery of materials and adherence to GMP/GDP standards.

You will coordinate procurement, storage, distribution, and logistics with global sites and vendors, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet study timelines and regulatory requirements, while driving improvements and cost efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or clinical trial industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to global supply chain.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the procurement, storage, and distribution of clinical/commercial supplies, including investigational products, lab kits, and other materials.
• Maintain inventory levels and manage stock to prevent shortages or overages.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
• Arrange shipment and delivery of clinical/commercial supplies to sites, ensuring regulatory compliance and timelines.
• Coordinate with logistics providers for timely and secure transportation.
• Ensure GMP and GDP compliance across activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation for audit purposes.
• Collaborate with operations, project managers, and stakeholders to understand study requirements.
• Provide regular updates on supply chain status and issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices.
