Job summary

Pulmovant seeks a Director, Clinical Supply to lead the planning and execution of global clinical supply chain activities for its clinical studies. You will oversee packaging, labeling, distribution, and inventory management, acting as the SME for clinical drug supply through all trial phases and driving global inventory, supply planning, and distribution systems to meet cGMP and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in pharma with 5+ years in Global Clinical Supply Management
• GCP training required
• Experience with clinical supplies or clinical operations preferred
• Strong vendor management and global logistics experience
• Capable of cross-functional collaboration with CMC, Clinical Operations, QA and Regulatory

Responsibilities

• Oversee packaging, labeling, and international shipping of IMP to support trials
• Lead and mentor Clinical Supply Managers
• Coordinate with CMOs and external vendors; manage performance metrics
• Develop kits and labels for multiple countries/regions; support IND filings as needed
• Establish SOPs for packaging, labeling and distribution to meet cGxP requirements
• Manage development of pharmacy manuals with SMEs
• Select and qualify Clinical Packaging and Labeling CMOs; coordinate with Regulatory and QA
• Serve as SME for clinical trial supply during regulatory inspections
• Address risk management and business continuity planning proactively
