Job summary

Telix Pharmaceuticals is seeking an entry-level Logistics Coordinator to support the global logistics team and ensure timely shipping, receiving, and documentation of radiopharmaceutical products and related materials.

In this role you will prepare shipping documents, track shipments, coordinate with couriers and vendors, and help maintain accurate records. You will join a collaborative, fast-paced environment with hybrid and remote options for global staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ year of logistics, warehouse, or transportation experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• ERP/WMS experience desirable but not required.
• Strong attention to detail in data entry and documentation.
• Candidates based on the West Coast highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and courier paperwork.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments and update logs.
• Oversee end-to-end daily logistics operations and international shipments.
• Serve as escalation point for critical logistics issues.
• Coordinate shipment schedules with carriers, freight forwarders, and distribution partners to ensure on-time delivery.
• Audit and reconcile invoices with shipment records.
• Assist with routine audits of shipping records and documentation.
• Communicate with couriers to confirm pickups and schedules.
• Maintain records and assist with vendor coordination.
