Job summary

Centessa Pharmaceuticals, a wholly owned subsidiary of Eli Lilly and Company, seeks a Manager, Clinical Supply Chain to oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and maintenance of uninterrupted clinical supply for IP, comparators, and ancillary materials.

The role ensures GxP compliance, aligns with Clinical Operations, CMC, QA, Regulatory, and external vendors, focusing on forecasts, inventory systems, and IRT tools to support trial execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science.
• 3-5 years biotech/pharma experience in clinical supply chain, including international experience.
• Working knowledge of clinical supply chain processes and GMP/GDP requirements.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional project teams and external vendors.
• Strong organizational, analytical, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate CDMO activities supporting clinical development of pharmaceutical products.
• Thrives in a small-company culture and contribute to creating and implementing processes.

Responsibilities

• Clinical supply planning and execution for early- to mid-phase trials.
• Manage demand forecasts and inventory strategies, including IRT systems.
• Support packaging, labeling, distribution, and resupply of IP and comparators.
• Ensure on-time delivery to depots and clinical sites globally.
• Collaborate with CDMOs/QA to support IP release and document transfers.
