Job summary

Madison-Davis, LLC is seeking a Clinical Contracts Manager to support domestic and international clinical research programs. This fully remote role in the United States requires hands-on experience drafting, negotiating, and executing clinical trial agreements (CTAs) with research sites.

You will independently manage a high volume of agreements, apply established templates and guidelines, coordinate with internal legal teams and external sites, and ensure timely completion.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate U.S. and international clinical trial agreements with research sites.
• Independently manage multiple concurrent agreements from initial drafting through negotiation and final execution.
• Apply established contract templates, approved fallback language, and internal contracting procedures.
• Coordinate with internal legal teams and external research sites to resolve contractual issues and move agreements toward completion.
• Track agreement status, outstanding items, deadlines, and follow-up activities accurately.
• Maintain organized contract records, amendments, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate signature collection and contract execution using established workflows and electronic signature tools.
• Support contract status reporting, metrics, and documentation requirements.
• Meet established review and turnaround expectations, generally within 24-48 hours.
• Maintain responsiveness and communicate effectively with stakeholders across domestic and international markets.
