You will collaborate across functions, use Workday and SAP, and help ensure compliance while promoting learning and career growth. Remote work flexibility and a global perspective are valued.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years in global HR shared services.
• Experience with Workday, SAP, and Excel.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Remote work capability and exposure to global HR operations.

Mansioni

• Handle and resolve HR-related queries from employees and clients.
• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure compliance.
